• “Products” refer to NEON, 3D, LED, and brand signboards offered by SignMaster.

2. Orders & Payment

• All orders must be placed through our official communication channels.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Full or partial payment may be required before production starts.
• We accept bank transfers, Easypaisa, JazzCash, and cash on delivery (COD) for your convenience. Choose your preferred payment method for a hassle-free transaction

• Customers must provide accurate design specifications.
• A final design approval is required before production begins.
• Once approved, no further modifications or cancellations can be made.

4. Production & Delivery

• Estimated production time depends on the complexity of the order.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services or unforeseen circumstances.
• Customers must inspect products upon delivery and report any damages within 48 hours.

5. Refunds & Returns

• Custom-made signboards cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrect due to our mistake.
• Refunds or replacements will be offered if the defect is reported within 48 hours of delivery with proper evidence.

6. Warranty & Liability

• Warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, improper installation, or external factors like weather conditions.
• SignMaster is not liable for any business loss due to product delays or defects.

7. Intellectual Property

• All designs created by SignMaster remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Customers must have permission to use copyrighted logos or text in their custom designs.

8. Limitation of Liability

• We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free services.
• SignMaster is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any modifications.
